Return and Refund Policy:
Please read the Return and Refund Policy in full before calling customer support. If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any unopened and opened bottles of any shipment within sixty (60) days of our shipping date for a full or partial refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, you must follow the following procedures:
Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. You must call customer care at 888-407-8780 for refund and return instructions.
- Contact our Customer Service Center at 888-407-8780 and notify a customer service representative. You should feel the effects within 60 days.
- Customer service will give you a return number (RMA number) to be placed inside or outside of the package along with your name . Without this number we cannot issue a refund.
- You must send all returned product using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. You are responsible for the costs of returning any product.
- All qualified return products must have the proper RMA number on the box (see above) and be shipped to:

*Please remember to call customer service to get your return number (RMA number) before sending any product back or you will not be issued a refund. Refunds are only issued within the 60 day warrantly period.
